This 45-minute live class is uniquely created by Shaun T and created to suit every fitness level. Expect to see your favorite Shaun T style moves like up center, back center, out wide, medicine ball twists, and a hybrid of your favorite workouts from T25, Transform:20, and INSANITY MAX:30! Whether you are an elite Shaun T workout 365-er or someone just getting started, the energy and motivation during this 45-minute sweat session will propel you to new heights in your life and your journey to a healthier you!

You know your body best. We can promise that the workout is doable by anyone. Still, if you are unsure if you should attend, we always advise checking with your doctor before physical activity for complete clearance.

If you're coming to the class in-studio, wear something that makes you FEEL your best! We love a pop of color or those favorite leggings that make your booty sit tight and right. We can also promise it will be sitting a little bit higher post-workout! Bring water and a sweat towel, and if you drink pre-workout, bring that too! Oh, and bring a friend!
